Getting Started
How does automatic mileage tracking work?
OdoAlibi uses your phone's GPS to detect when you start driving. It automatically records your trip in the background, including the route, distance, and timestamps. No manual start/stop needed.
Does the app drain my battery?
No. OdoAlibi is optimized for battery efficiency. It uses low-power motion detection when idle and only activates full GPS when a trip is detected. Most users see minimal impact on battery life.
Is OdoAlibi free to use?
Yes! Our free plan includes up to 30 trips per month with standard reports. For unlimited trips, AI features, and advanced reports, upgrade to Premium starting at $4/month. See our pricing page for details.
Tax & Compliance
Are OdoAlibi reports IRSCRA compliant?
Yes. OdoAlibi generates mileage logs that include all information required by the IRSCRA: date, destination, business purpose, and miles driven.
What is the IRSCRA mileage rate for 2026?
OdoAlibi automatically applies the current IRSCRA standard mileage rate to all your reports. Check our resources for the latest rate updates and tax tips.
Can I use OdoAlibi for both personal and business trips?
Yes. You can classify trips as business, personal, medical, or charity. Our AI can even learn your patterns and suggest classifications automatically.
Account & Billing
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your mileage data and reports as CSV or PDF at any time. Enterprise users also have access to API exports and integrations with QuickBooks, ADP, and Salesforce.
Privacy & Security
Is my location data safe?
Absolutely. Your location data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. You control location permissions through your device settings. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for more details.
Can my employer see my personal trips?
No. On enterprise plans, administrators can only see trips classified as business. Personal trips remain private and are never shared with your employer.
